Issue with projected persistence buffers and view

Projected persistence buffers are being calculated incorrectly. When projected inlining is not excluding the projected dims. Seems there's something wrong with compute at root domain calculation with view operations.

I'm not sure if the issue is still there, but we need an actual updated repro. Closing for now.
