Problems with anaconda install

Describe the bug
I am trying to install the engine and I am installing it in a fresh conda env as requested in the first step. I can go through the first steps with no problem but when I try to install pytorch and cuda ( conda install pytorch=1.9.0 torchvision cudatoolkit=11.1 -c pytorch -c nvidia ) I am facing this issue and I have spent plenty of time trying to resolve it but I can't find the issue causing it on my side.

First I get this :

Adding --solver=libmambato the conda install command seems to work for me
