pypdfium2 version 4.30.1 was yanked from PyPi today: https://pypi.org/project/pypdfium2/4.30.1/
this is a patched release to update the client's dependency on pypdfium2 to the latest stable one.

Note: Only the release branch and the nv-ingest-client pkg have been updated to 25.6.3. The previously released 25.6.2 container on NGC will remain unchanged.
