What do you want to work on?

I'm messing with this on a home system. I noticed that my first sandbox had an envvar enabling telemetry. The helm chart currently lacks any option for disabling this. The fix would be something like this: #2386

Why this change?

That gets a bit into the philosophy of privacy, but in summary its odd that the option isn't covered by the helm chart, effectively requiring that telemetry be enabled.
