I have an MR here for adding some basic config to helm chart, allowing to set more than hardcoded 1gb on statefulset PVC
as well as some other things which may be useful such as topology spread once HA works well on the openshell GW with postgress and priorityclass etc.

in our case we are running many sandboxes on a single replica gateway and would like to have more than 1gb of storage and be able to specify storage class
