What do you want to work on?

I want to work on #2892, (which I also submitted). This is something I work with on a daily basis and I'd love to see openshell support more enterprise and large scale telemetry needs. I've been working on the PR to solve this for a bit, just haven't gotten around to filing the issue until now.

Why this change?

In short, openshell does a pretty good job of exposing basic operational information to a user who's interfacing with it via the TUI, but this becomes cumbersome at scale and is non-durable. There are quite a few gaps in visibility as well as improvements needed in the export model to allow this to be usable in enterprises. Understanding I've already sorta violated https://github.com/NVIDIA/OpenShell/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#before-you-submit-a-change, I'd like to get approval before taking the solution any further. Issue is more prescriptive than #1055 but targets a lot of the issues called out there. Thanks! :)
