What do you want to work on?

I want to fix issue #3470. I plan to fix the broken Agent Sandbox install link in docs/kubernetes/setup.mdx. Check that the replacement asset is the right one, update the air-gapped instructions nearby, & consider whether the guide should use a pinned release instead of latest

Why this change?

The current manifest.yaml link returns error 404, so someone following the kubernetes setup guide gets stuck before installing OpenShell.
