Notes from upgrading 0.1.2 → 0.1.5

We have a small docs suggestion. docs/upgrade/ currently has notes for 0.1.0 only. For people upgrading from 0.1.2 or earlier to 0.1.5, a short note on what changed in log output would help we think ie: the OCSF JSONL files, and moving to the OTLP export with gap records. Then collectors can be checked after the upgrade, not after someone notices missing events.

Also between 0.1.2 and 0.1.5, the scheme our middleware sees for the same upstream endpoint changed from https to http. Is that an intended correction? We are happy to share details if it’s unexpected. Please let us know.
