Errors about DLLs during Automatic1111 Startup

Hello, i'm having trouble running Tensor RT. I installed the extension and clicked "restart UI". and when it restarts, there's errors popping up:

And the log inside the Automatic1111 startup terminal:

I tried to install TensorRT multiple times on clean installs and nothing changes.

pip uninstall -y nvidia-cudnn-cu11
fixed it for me
