ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'fused_layer_norm_cuda' #743
Description
Hi, I create a conda environment and install apex like this:
conda create -n env python=3.6
conda activate env
conda install pytorch torchvision cudatoolkit=10.0 -c pytorch
conda install -c conda-forge nvidia-apex
and I get the following error:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'fused_layer_norm_cuda'
