Description
Remove a few unused CMAKE variables.
Add a script to install dev dependencies for the real-time lib.
Add a CI script to build and test the real-time lib (filtered by directory).
Add HTML docs.
Note: these HTML docs cause issues with the spell checker CI. We will address this later, e.g., convert them to RST docs.
