The rhel8 for x86_64 {baseos,appstream}-eus-rpms channels do not exist for 8.10 ( rhel 8 is under maintenance support)

I do not think RHEL 8 needs this change. Based on my experience, RHEL 8 kernel packages are all sourced from BaseOS RPM repos, so current setup of enabling only the BaseOS EUS repo is sufficient for RHEL 8.

On RHEL 9, it appears that some kernel packages reside in AppStream RPM repos, hence this issue and PR.

I personally have not tried on RHEL 10, but I suspect that it too requires AppStream RPM repos similar to RHEL 9.
