How to install nvidia-container-runtime on container-optimized os in Google Cloud?

Is there a way to install nvidia-container-runtime in Google Cloud Container-Optimized OS in order to run containers with GPU?

I found out that COS 109 added nvidia-container-toolkit: https://cloud.google.com/container-optimized-os/docs/release-notes/m109
