Add a Claude Code skill that provides structured workflow for analyzing .ncu-rep profiling reports via the ncu CLI. Covers kernel listing, throughput analysis, occupancy, source-level hotspots, and rule-based bottleneck detection. Add trigger conditions so the skill activates automatically when users ask about ncu profiling. Add report generation workflow using ncu_run() utility, covering editing existing scripts or creating new profiling scripts.
