I think the main reason is a bad rembg default settings. It left you with a black area, which the model then interpreted into a spherical blob.

@panxiying Thanks for your interest! This is actually a limitation. The model may generate very different results with different random seeds, and some of them are usually not satisfactory. We'll consider to improve the controllability by using 2D segmentation masks in future works.
