Joplin 3.7.1 for Windows ARM64

This is an unofficial community Preview build of Joplin Desktop for native
Windows ARM64.

Downloads

• Joplin-Setup-3.7.1-arm64.exe: unsigned Windows ARM64 installer
• JoplinPortable-arm64.exe: unsigned Windows ARM64 portable build
• SHA256SUMS.txt: SHA-256 checksums

Verification

• Electron and the packaged Joplin.exe are native ARM64.
• The packaged sqlite3 and keytar native modules are ARM64.
• The unpacked application passed an isolated-profile startup smoke test.

Known limitations

• The files are not code-signed. Windows may show an unknown publisher or
  SmartScreen warning.
• sqlite-vec 0.1.9 has no Windows ARM64 binary. AI vector/semantic search is
  disabled. Normal keyword search, FTS, note editing, synchronisation,
  encryption, attachments, and plugins remain available.
• This build has not completed the full upstream release test matrix.
