Disabling the History Jump Node Bar....?

I could have sworn there was an option for this, however I can't find it anywhere now. I'd like to disable the history node sidebar as it cause a tremendous amount of lag on my setup.
I keep Gemini on me left monitor, so when I move my mouse across the two screen, it hovers over the Nodes for a millisecond, which then causes about 5 seconds of lag as the Node tool-tip attempts to appear.

Thanks for the report. There is an existing Hide outer container option, but it only hides the timeline background shell; it does not disable the node bar itself.

I pushed a fix to main that should address the lag without adding a full timeline hide toggle: timeline node tooltips now wait for a short hover-intent delay before building/rendering the preview, and the pending tooltip work is cancelled when the cursor just passes over the node. That should stop accidental cross-monitor mouse passes from triggering the expensive tooltip path.
