New feature for moving events within a scenario

Moving events within scenarios is still painful. It rearranges other events within the scenario and sometimes it takes too long to move things around. I have a scenario with close to 500+ events and the sequence matters quite a bit. And if I want to add a new event at say position 50, I have to add a new one at the bottom and then drag it up. That is very painful today.

Two requests:

When we copy an event, let us choose where we want to paste it, like for example, right below the currently selected event.
While moving events, please provide a field where we can enter a number, say 50 or 100 and the event gets moved to the 50th or 100th position in the scenario.
