Describe what happened?

I'm trying to make a macro and I have used this app before without a problem, but for some reason now when I try to capture a area the screen becomes blank and no action gets anything to work I can't even close the app to the point I have to full shutdown the phone, my phone gets completely locked out, this is when I I click the square icon when trying to make a screen event

I even deleted the app data to start from scratch

Should of been able to capture screen

Deleting the app and fully reinstalling it fixed it, it seems but I reset the device multiple times before that as I was trying to get it to work, so I don't know why it now works even deleted the data multiple times too
