Issue 13: Optional auto-invoke stellar contract deploy when CLI is installed

Description:
Deploy only prints the stellar command; power users want --execute to run it when stellar is on PATH.

Acceptance criteria:

--execute flag with dry-run default.
Clear error if stellar missing; never log secrets.
