• 修复子代理消息混入父会话自身消息行、编辑/恢复助手消息后列表未刷新，以及归档会话仍留在最近标签缓存的问题。
• 保留输入框撤销历史与较新的服务端草稿，修复供应商深链、默认摘要模型选择和多文本分段提示词优化。

• 本次包含数据库迁移。升级前请停止章节会话中正在进行的运行，并备份数据库（~/.narrafork/narrafork.db）；旧消息由后台任务转换为块存储。
• 旧登录 JWT 不再有效，升级后需要重新登录；使用登录会话令牌的集成也需要更新令牌。

• Prevent subagent messages from appearing as the parent's own rows, refresh edited/restored assistant messages, and remove archived sessions from recent-tab caches.
• Preserve composer undo history and newer server drafts, repair provider deep links and default summary-model selection, and fix segmented prompt optimization.
• Improve migration handling, history restoration, CommandCode model discovery and credential caching, timeout diagnostics and degraded-read logging.

Upgrade Notes

• Database migrations are included. Before upgrading, stop active runs in chapter sessions and back up your database (~/.narrafork/narrafork.db). Legacy messages are converted to block storage by background jobs.
• Existing session JWTs are no longer accepted: sign in again after upgrading, including integrations that use a login-session token.
• Old chapter conversations remain ordinary sessions; those without a working directory prompt you to select one. Chapter metadata, review conclusions, edges and commit records are removed. Legacy chapter containers are stopped and their records removed; ports, terminal layouts and volume-snapshot application records are cleaned up. Running chapter terminals are not forcibly terminated.
• Old chapter worktree directories, Git branches and existing project.db files remain on disk and are not automatically deleted.
• Automatically created projects are public. Sessions with project visibility are readable by logged-in users who can access that project; sessions created outside the project page remain private by default. Review visibility and working directories after upgrading.
• The former Chapters & Containers settings page becomes Workspace & Containers, retaining tree snapshots and Podman setup while removing chapter-specific settings.
