This version includes a new argument in main_gui that allows EnergyPlus to specify that it is being called from within the E+ CLI. It should have no effect on any other user or workflow.

Thanks to deeper testing from @JasonGlazer, a whole slew of things were cleaned up and fixed. There are still a few issues, but this is getting crazy close. Probably the most immediately noticeable change with this version is the completely reworked directory tree, but there are lots of usability improvements all over the code.

Everything looks good, this release makes some nice improvements to the current group operation, including the ability to right click to delete group entries and be able to set weather for the entire group at once.
