Add feed compressor for ammonia synloop model

We're currently missing any compressor representation in the ammonia synloop model, necessary based on the BFDs from Ammobia.

Proposed solution

Could draw from compressor models in the geologic storage or the tankinator.
Those might be cost-only.
We should add performance models.
