Rebuild the wiki from rebuild/main 5223ff43 and gh-pages 1fdbef0f The last build was from f487d18b / caf43614, before the APA safety work and the documentation sweep. Regenerated from current sources: - Builder: map the new fork-gaps site page (Fork-Feature-Gaps; the build refused to run without it), and add docs/APA-SAFETY.md (APA-Safety) and pc/apa-recovery/README.md (APA-Recovery-Tool), paired with Internal-HDD and linked from Home. - Content picked up: HDD disk safety and code 402 (#652/#654), the Settings Reference rebuilt for the Settings Index, corrected menu names and breadcrumbs across the task guides and references, download names without the commit hash, RetroAchievements package folders, language counts, the Neutrino lookup order, and the completed search coverage on the site. docs: build complete RiptOPL wiki from existing guides Publish 31 website guides and 16 repository references with a wiki home, navigation, and maintenance guide. Include a reproducible builder that checks content preservation and internal links while leaving both source checkouts untouched.
