feat: add Codex worktree cache and daemon run helpers

• Add a checked-in Codex local environment config for SimDeck worktrees
• Introduce setup, cache save, and run scripts to hydrate dependencies, reuse shared caches, and restart the workspace daemon
• Document the Codex worktree workflow in AGENTS.md and CONTRIBUTING.md
