This PR is directly related to issue #436 - Initial builds of ng2 apps are slow.
The SBG will now skip traversing packages whose package.json doesn't contain the
nativescript: {}key. This will guarantee that no fat, pure javascript libraries will be visited.@Plamen5kov @blagoev @slavchev @atanasovg
