Re-add APKs to GitHub releases

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I download my apps using Obtainium where possible, which downloads APKs from GitHub. However, the latest few releases (all since 3.17.0) have not had APKs in the GitHub release.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like it if GitHub releases contained APK files once again.

Describe alternatives you've considered, or that are already available within KISS
I could download through Play Store or F-Droid, but Obtainium fetches the APK directly from the repo, so it gets updates faster.

Update: it seems that most releases don't have a bundled APK, even before 3.17.0, so I was mistaken in believing otherwise. However, I still request that APK releases in GitHub become a regular occurrence.

Why not use Play exactly? Those would be pushed by the dev at the same time, right?

I would assume that the Play Store would have some delay for some kind of approval, though I could be wrong, whereas GitHub is guaranteed to be pushed the instant the update is released.

Also, there are users that do not use or prefer not to use the Playstore.
I use F-Droid but would rather use Github if given the choice.

Please add APKs to GHR :) Some people use Obtanium and prefer to get the releases directly.
