(System setting) Favorites disappeared after ugrade, can't add them again

NEW issue with 3.21.1, F-Droid version.
Worked fine with 3.21.0

I've had two system settings added as favourites to KISS favorite bar, Wifi/network settings, and NFC settings. Wanted to have a shortcut, to disable/enable them fast, I'm affected by a battery drain issue for another FOSS app, open for long now, no solution, so I have to take care of remaining battery power, always...

These two favorites disappeared when upgraded to 3.21.1. KISS "shows" them as existing, means I can tell KISS to "remove from favorite bar" or add them, switches, but nothing happens.

All other Apps I've tested, non-system, works still fine, can add and remove as in previous versions of KISS.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter necc. abbreviation into KISS search bar, e.g. "Netz" for "Einstellungen: Netzwerk" (German, -> "Settings: Network" or similar)
2. Tab on shortcut until KISS menu opens
3. Select add to or remove from favorite bar, depending on "status".
4. If "remove from" is shown in step 3, repeat from step 1, to finish with "add to"

Result: Shortcut NOT added

Wish: Should be added, as in previous versions :)
