Emoticon tags not displayed correctly from favorites

Describe the bug
When using emoticons for tags and when using the favorite bar to display tag categories the text under each app listing the tags is not encoded correctly. Emoticon tags still work correctly from the search bar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a tag category using an emoticon for example 💬 for messaging apps. Tag at least one app.
2. Enable the favorites bar and add the tag category to the favorites bar.
3. Click on the tag category using the favorites bar.
4. Under the app name where the tag list should be instead there will be the unicode replacement characters: ��
   Expected behavior
   The emoticon 💬 should be displayed under the app name the same way it is when using the search function.

Also, when searching for an app with an emoji (I rename most apps to categorize / sort the list), this happens...
