v39.7 high CPU usage while mining on Win11

Just upgraded from win 10 to win 11 and CPU usage is now around 17% instead of the 1-2% from Win 10.

Not sure if this is a NBminer problem or seems to be an latest Nvidia driver problem as i've seen reports of it being normal on previous drivers.

This is a problem that is in Windows 11, apparently they are the latest driver versions, however it can decrease the usage a little, making the change in the process and manually setting the CPU used to second or third core only, is an alternative.

Thank you, assigned just one thread to it and it now uses around 5%, which is much better until it gets fixed.

Use drivers 466.77-desktop-win10-64bit-international-whql. It's newest version that works for me on win 11, without high cpu usage

Actually apart from the CPU usage, WIN 11 has been better, while using the PC (browsing, watching tv shows, streams, youtube, playing browser games), the 3080 Ti used to get 50+ LHR locks per day, now it doesn't get any for some reason doing the same things at LHR 74.0 setting.
