DO_AERO unbound?

@NeilBarton-NOAA, I hit the following error running the updated SFS branch:

/scratch/bcash/EXPDIR/C192mx025_1994050100_4mo_breakpoint/config.resources: line 154: DO_AERO: unbound variable
+++++ config.resources[1]: postamble JGLOBAL_FORECAST 1734038930 1

Looking at the logs, DO_AERO_FCST=NO, but DO_AERO was never set. Have you run into this?
