When 'Setup Remote Server' is used in a folder that already sits inside a
project with a server config, ask a plain-language question instead of
silently dropping a full template:
  - 'Same server (inherit)' -> generates a minimal config with inherit_parent
    and a remote_path auto-suggested from the parent's path + relative folder
  - 'Different server' -> generates the full independent template

The user never needs to know the option names or read docs — they answer
one question and get the right config.
