Smoother onboarding project generation

The final step of onboarding — turning your answers into your first project —
now transitions more reliably.

What changed:

• ✅ Fixed a timing race that could leave the project-generation loader on
  screen after the project was already created
• ✅ The "your project is ready" hand-off now waits for both the generation and
  your dreaming-level choice, whichever finishes last
• ✅ Cleaner layout while the project is being generated

User Benefit:
Onboarding reaches your finished project without getting visually stuck on the
loading screen.

📝 Notes

• Internal: added end-to-end coverage for the proxy-backed onboarding AI flow
  (onboarding without your own AI key) and a test-only proxy URL override so the
  flow can be exercised against a locally seeded proxy.
