A calmer, more conversational first-run onboarding
The first-time setup now feels less like waiting and more like a conversation:
- ✅ Questions while your project is being built — After you describe your first project, TensorPM begins setting it up in the background and uses that moment to ask your name and how actively you'd like the AI to work for you ("dreaming"). The "Your project is ready" step then appears once everything is in place — no more staring at a blank loading screen.
- ✅ Text that streams in like the chat — Onboarding messages now appear character-by-character with a soft fade, exactly like the in-app assistant, with a short pause after each sentence so it reads naturally. The pacing is uniform across every step.
- ✅ Cleaner project-ready step — The Open project and Configure AI actions are now neatly aligned.
User Benefit: Setup feels faster and friendlier — the wait for your first project is filled with quick, personal questions instead of a loading spinner.
