A warmer, calmer first-run onboarding

The first-time setup now reads more like a relaxed conversation with a project expert:

• ✅ TensorPM introduces itself as your project expert — The opening makes it clear who you're talking to and what it will do for you, before asking anything.
• ✅ A gentler way of asking about your project — Instead of a list of demands, TensorPM simply asks "So, what are you working on?" and reassures you that a few rough sentences are enough — it shapes the rest into a clear project.
• ✅ Text streams at a natural reading pace — Onboarding messages now appear at a calm, even speed tuned to comfortable reading, with a short breath after each sentence, so nothing feels rushed.
• ✅ The input box matches the message — The project field no longer asks more than the conversation does; rough notes are explicitly welcome.

Switch language right from the welcome screen

• ✅ New EN/DE language switcher — A small switcher in the top-left corner of the onboarding welcome screen lets you choose English or German before you begin. Your choice is remembered across the app.

This is a prerelease (beta) focused on onboarding polish. There are no data, sync, or account changes.
