🎉 New Features

Smoother first-run onboarding

TensorPM's first-run setup now feels more conversational and less abrupt while it prepares your first project.

What Changed:

  • ✅ Name collection happens naturally — TensorPM can ask how it should address you, then continues without blocking the project setup flow.
  • ✅ Project generation can keep running in the background — After you describe your first project, TensorPM can continue preparing it while you answer the remaining onboarding questions.
  • ✅ A clear escape while the first project is being created — If you do not want to wait, you can set up the project later and continue to the tour instead.
  • ✅ A softer handoff into the project — Opening the prepared project now uses a short fade instead of a hard visual cut.

🐛 Bug Fixes

More reliable onboarding cancellation

  • ✅ Cancelled onboarding projects are cleaned up — If project creation finishes after you cancel, TensorPM removes the generated project instead of leaving it behind.
  • ✅ Aborted generation no longer shows stale errors — Cancelling project setup clears the generation state without showing a failure message.
  • ✅ Proxy onboarding calls now time out cleanly — Slow onboarding chat and project-generation requests now return a helpful timeout message instead of leaving the flow waiting indefinitely.

🏗️ Improvements

Welcome screen polish

  • ✅ Updated welcome copy — The welcome screen now positions TensorPM more clearly as an AI-assisted way to deliver your project.
  • ✅ Borderless welcome toggles — The video toggle and EN/DE language switcher now share the same cleaner, borderless style.
  • ✅ Better action alignment — Tour and project-ready buttons align more consistently with the onboarding text.

This beta focuses on onboarding polish and reliability. There are no database, sync, account, or billing changes.
