Multiple changes: * Section flag to disable X-Y offsets/scrollbars * POPUPFLAG__CTXDONEPOPUP so that only one popup Begin/End done in per context-run * Rename PopupWideByStr to SuitableWideByWStr and have different modes on the given wide estimate * ButtonTexture and Texture improves png/jpg path support * Table row highlight now done for previous row/end table rather than immediate so the highlight paints over the row rather than under
