BMC stops working if you press reset

1. Power on a Neotron Pico
2. Observe that the BMC returns a firmware string to the BIOS
3. Load the OS
4. Press the Reset button on the PCB
5. Observe that the BMC no longer returns a firmware string to the BIOS

A full board power cycle (removing the 12V) seems to fix it.
