  • Now supports 1-bpp and 2-bpp bitmap graphics modes.
  • Default SWD speed is 10 MHz
  • Update NCB to 0.12
  • Update some Github Actions (fixes node.js deprecation warnings)

TODO: can't merge until we have an OS that also uses NCB 0.12
