This is a required update. It activates a hard fork at block 2,137,000.
What changes at the fork
The block reward changes to a 20/20/60 split:
- 20% to the project: development, P2E gaming, operations, and marketing
- 20% to miners
- 60% to smartnodes
Plus additional consensus and stability fixes.
Who needs to update
All node operators, miners, and smartnode operators must run 5.2.0.0 before
block 2,137,000. Any node left on an older version will stop following the
network at the fork.

The headless daemon and the GUI wallet are packaged separately per platform:
- neoxad (daemon): Windows, macOS, Linux
- neoxa-qt (GUI wallet): Windows, macOS
Verify your download against SHA256SUMS before running it.
Binaries only for now. Full source will be published once the network has
completed the upgrade.
