This repo keeps mentioning this config file, but where is it actually located? It would be useful to have it stated explicitally

It took me a while to find the config file too. Use a root file browser and go to:

Root > data > data > org.telegram.messenger* > ReTelegram

The file is named configs.cfg

Replace the package name in the path above with your telegram client if you're using something other than normal Telegram
