The model would throw an error otherwise when the instruction note on the screen makes it seem like you should be able to draw right away.

The note on the model says you can draw when the draw-cells forever button is down. But if you don't hit one of the setup buttons first, the model throws an error when you try to use it. In keeping with the "no pressable buttons should cause an error" ethos of the models library, we should disable the button until setup is pressed and the ticks are started.
