Always persist and expose execution log of installations manually triggered

If the ACTool installation is manually triggered via either Touch UI console, web console plugin or JMX it should always appear in the past execution logs (even if the manual installation didn't lead to any change).

Execution logs not persisted was rather caused by #884.
