Deserialization Support

@sriniwasgr you wrote in the related ticket #28 that we wanted to get all the major serialization features in this release and because of this, there is no time for deserialization. Do you still plan to implement it? From my point of view, it will be great to have this feature out of the box. Thanks!

I'll mention this here as well:

I added support for deserialization to https://github.com/stas/jsonapi.rb#deserialization

The initial version is mainly to help folks transition easily from AMS, but I'm open to explore more generic deserialization results.
