Most likely the next nextcloud release (21.x.x) will depend on rh-mariadb105;
Arm32 bit has no scl repositories, so we need to build SCL's our selves.

• (re)build the minimal stack of rh-mariadb105 needed for nextcloud 21.x.x.
• test the minimal stack of rh-mariadb105
• publish the minimal stack of rh-mariadb105
