HotSync: freepbx is not restored properly

Steps to reproduce

• Configure HotSync machine
• Launch hotsync command

Expected behavior

/var/www/html/freepbx is synced
/etc/freepbx.conf is synced

Actual behavior

/var/www/html/freepbx isn't synced
/etc/freepbx.conf isn't synced

Components

Test case: FAILED
Some other files are missing from /etc/ folder.

After hotsync promote command freepbx is working fine. No errors are showed on console.
Databases are restored, extensions can register on pbx, echo test is working and feature code (like *69) too.
Interface is reachable and applying settings doesn't return errors.
