Ejabberd: upgrade to 20.03

Upgrade Ejabberd to 20.03, it is not a major changes but a lot of bug fixes exist

install the rpm from testing, you upgrade to 20.03

• the service is up without error in ejabberd log
• the log is set now by logrotate.d, so after logrotate -vf /etc/logrotate.conf the log of ejabberd is rotated, try to connect or disconnect a client, ejabberd must write inside the new log file
• your users must be able to create/reach/use salons like before

Verified both on new installation and update.
BOSH URL is working correctly and after the logrotate the server keeps running.

You can wait a little time, there will be, I think a 20.04 with bug solutions...

No. Unless security vulnerabilities will be found in this release, we will keep 20.03 for all NethServer 7.8 lifecycle. Please do not ask any more updates to it.

@gsanchietti: There is a problem in Webadmin.
Currently solved in master.
