Upgrade to Nextcloud 30

Proposed solution

• Upgrade to Nextcloud 30
• Pin the last NC 29 release in ns8-repomd for smooth upgrade path (already pinned see this commit)

Testing image: 1.4.0-dev.1

Test case 1: clean install

• Enable testing repository:

  redis-cli HSET cluster/repository/default testing 1
  redis-cli del cluster/repository_cache/default
  

• Install and configure an instance
• Verify the users can connect from the web interface
• Verify users can connect using a desktop client

Test case 3: upgrade

• Install a clean cluster

• Install a new instance of Nextcloud from stable repository

• Enable testing repository:

  redis-cli HSET cluster/repository/default testing 1
  redis-cli del cluster/repository_cache/default
  

• Update the instance:

  api-cli run update-module --data '{"module_url": "ghcr.io/nethserver/nextcloud:1.4.0-dev.1", "instances": ["nextcloud1"]}'
  

• Verify existing users can still connect from the web interface

• Verify users can still connect using a desktop client

  Upgrade note: during the update Nextcloud may flood the log with warning, while promtail and loki limits the entries
  from the application. This is just a cosmetic issue.

Test case 4: fresh install, notify_push plugin

• Install a clean Nextcloud instance: add-module ghcr.io/nethserver/nextcloud:1.4.0-dev.1
• Verify the notify_push plugin is enabled by executing this command (it should show no error):

  runagent -m nextcloud1 occ notify_push:metrics
  

Test case 5: update, notify_push plugin

• Install a clean Nextcloud instance from stable release
• Configure the instance
• Update the instance: api-cli run update-module --data '{"module_url": "ghcr.io/nethserver/nextcloud:1.4.0-dev1", "instances": ["nextcloud1"]}'
• The notify_push is not configured automatically. Access the instance configuration and click "Save" to run again the configure-module action
• Verify the notify_push plugin is enabled by executing this command (it should show no error):

  runagent -m nextcloud1 occ notify_push:metrics
