Nethvoice: restore the custom script launched at the hangup

On Nethvoice 14 it was possible to execute configure a custom script executed by nethcti at the end of the call
This feature is partially ported on NS8, but still doesn't work properly. Also if executed in nethcti-server container there are too many limitations (no bash, no curl, no php)

Proposed solution

Launche the script as an AGI in the macro-hangupcall

Test case:

• set environment variable in the environment file to launch the sample scripts
  • NETHCTI_CDR_SCRIPT=/var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/cdrscript.sample.php
  • NETHCTI_CDR_SCRIPT_CALL_IN=/var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/cdrscript_call_in.sample.php
• restart freepbx container
• check that when a call arrives and at the hangup the sample scripts are launched and their arguments are written on journal log
