NethLink does not receive incoming calls after network change (e.g., switch from wired to Wi-Fi) #7561

Description

Description:
After a change in network connectivity — such as switching from a wired connection to Wi-Fi — the NethLink application stops receiving incoming calls. Outgoing calls may still work, but incoming calls fail to reach the client until the application is restarted.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Start NethLink on a machine connected via Ethernet.
  2. Receive an incoming call successfully.
  3. Disconnect the Ethernet cable and switch to a Wi-Fi network.
  4. Try to receive an incoming call.

Expected Behavior:
The application should automatically handle the change in connectivity and continue receiving calls without requiring a restart.

Actual Behavior:
Incoming calls are no longer received after the network switch. Restarting the application restores normal behavior.

Impact:
This affects usability in environments with dynamic or mobile network scenarios, such as laptops or hybrid work setups.
